The Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registration (the Center) announced that, as of July 15, 2023, the National Registry of Personality Accreditation (RENPE) shall be implemented. This, in order to expedite the conciliation processes between workers and companies.

Apparently, what is intended with the RENPE is to facilitate the accreditation of union leaders and legal representatives of the companies and thus avoid having a record at each meeting or event in which the presence of both parties is necessary.

Currently, the Center is creating the web page where the RENPE can be carried out. Therefore, it is important that companies are aware of the Center’s portal so that, once the RENPE web page is built, they find out which will be the requirements to carry out said registration.
