On March 24, 2023, the Decree repealing numeral 2 of subparagraph d), section XII, of article 6 of the Law of the Institute of Social Security and Services of State Workers (the Repealed Provision), was published in the Federal Official Gazette.

With the Repealed Provision, the rightful relatives and ascendants who are economically dependent on the worker or pensioner of the Institute for Social Security and Services of State Workers, will no longer have the impediment of not having their own insurance, benefits and services provided for by any law, so that they are recognized as beneficiaries of the rights of the worker or pensioner.
