On February 16, 2023, an explanatory note was published in the Federal Official Gazette that modifies the diverse by which the General Provisions for the registration of individuals or companies that provide specialized services or execute specialized works referred to in article 15 of the Federal Labor Law are made known, which was published on February 3, 2023.

In the aforementioned February 3 publication, a Chapter III BIS was added, which includes Article Thirteenth-A to Article Thirteenth-G. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this chapter only comprises up to the letter “F”. For this reason, the letter “G” is not included, derived from this is that the referred clarification is carried out.
