Specifically in the case of employees who work on the third shift, it is worth mentioning that in the summer they work one hour less, since the clock goes forward. While, those who work in the winter schedule, work an hour more, since the clock goes back. This only applies to companies that work continuously from Monday to Sunday. In this case, the recommendation to these companies is to deduct an hour in the summer and pay their employees an hour of overtime in the winter.
