REPSE compliance inspection phase begins

November 4, 2021

On October 11, 2021, through bulletin number 105/2021, the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, communicates that it has started the compliance inspection stage of the companies that concluded their registration in the Registry of Specialized Services and Specialized Works Providers (REPSE).

Approximately 70% of the information that companies provided when registering for REPSE is self-declaratory, in good faith. Therefore, through this compliance inspection stage, it will be confirmed that the data provided by the companies is true, including that the addresses of the companies exist and that the companies are dedicated to what they declared, in order to prove that the REPSE was not used as a simulation instrument.

The REPSE continues to operate and companies continue to join every day. Therefore, it is essential that companies that have not complied with their REPSE registration, do so, in order not to fall into illegality, since there are transcendent sanctions in the event that companies act outside of what is established by law .
