On May 2, 2023, an extract of the Resolution by which the legitimized collective labor contracts and the termination of those that were not legitimized or registered are disclosed for consultation as of May 1. of 2023(the Extract of the Resolution), was published in the Federal Official Gazette.

The Extract of the Resolution establishes that all collective bargaining agreements that have been legitimized as of May 1, 2023, registered and endorsed by the workers in accordance with the established procedure, will continue to be in force and will continue to have their legal effects.
