On October 7, 2022, the Explanatory Note issued by the Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registry, to the extract of the Resolution through which the territorial circumscription of the state offices and of support to the Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registry, and its competence, within the framework of the third stage, as well as the modification to the constituencies corresponding to the first and second stage of the implementation of the reform on labor justice, published on September 27, 2022, was published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOF) (the Explanatory Note).

The referred Resolution established the following:

Estado de México	Support office	Headquarters in the Municipality of Naucalpan Competence in matters of conciliation in the municipalities of Tezoyuca, Tlalmanalco, Valle de Chalco

In accordance with the Explanatory Note, the above table is modified to read as follows:
