On September 20, 2022, the Declaration of the start of functions of the third stage of implementation of the labor justice reform (the Declaration) was published in the Federal Official Gazette (DOF). The Declaration was carried out through the Senate of the Republic, and in compliance with the provisions of the sixth transitory article of the Decree corresponding to the labor reform, published in the DOF on May 1, 2019.

The Declaration consists of the implementation of the labor justice reform, beginning on October 3, 2022 in the Judicial Circuits, Entities of the Republic and Headquarters, which are mentioned below:
